Connection per platform
Features that need a specific device
ACMF Buds Pro 2
FeatureNeeds
Android and iOS compatibilityCurrent listing specifies Android 6.0 or above and iOS 13 or above. Some older family FAQ wording says Android 5.0.
LDAC audioUse a compatible LDAC source and enable high-quality audio in Nothing X. Up to 24-bit/96 kHz is a codec claim, not lossless playback. Current physical-revision support for simultaneous LDAC and Dual Connection or Dirac is not established.
Spatial Audio EffectEnable HRTF spatial processing in Nothing X. No specific source format or dynamic head tracking is claimed.
Smart Dial on the caseConfigure the case dial in Nothing X. It supports volume, playback, noise-mode, voice-assistant, low-lag and mic-mute commands. Case-only mute does not establish on-ear microphone mute.
Earbud volume controlsAssign double tap and hold in Nothing X Controls. Hold after the double tap to change volume. Case dial rotation is a separate option.
BEarFun Air Pro 4
FeatureNeeds
LDACAndroid phone that supports LDAC. Turn it on in the EarFun Audio app under Bluetooth Audio Quality. The earbuds restart to apply it. iOS devices do not support LDAC.
Google Fast PairAndroid phones running Marshmallow and above or Android 11 and later per the maker page.
LE Audio and AuracastThe maker page says they are available via firmware update only. kopfhoerer.de says LE Audio is chosen in the app instead of Google Fast Pair and Auracast needs a compatible phone.
Game ModeTurn it on in the EarFun Audio app. The latency claim is for Game Mode.
In-ear detectionCan be switched on or off in the EarFun Audio app. Auto-answer on insertion does not apply to VoIP calls.

Charging guidance
Current maker table claims 60 minutes to fully charge earbuds in the case and 85 minutes for the charging case and earbuds together by USB-C. The historical family page claimed 70 minutes for the combined set. No current empty-case full-charge duration is established. The headline claims up to seven hours after a ten-minute charge, without clearly identifying its earbud-only or case-inclusive scope. It is not assigned to the earbuds-only quick-charge field. A cable is omitted from current new-sale box lists, while transitional retailer stock may still include one. Generic CMF Buds disclaimer figures on the page do not match this Pro 2 table and are not substituted.2Maker product pageus.nothing.tech/products/cmf-buds-pro-2Read 8 October 2026Current US table names 85 minutes combined, versus the historical 70-minute family claim. The page also contains generic CMF Buds disclaimer text about 35.5-hour playback, two microphones per bud and other charge times that conflicts with the exact Pro 2 table. Those generic statements are not used as Pro 2 numeric facts. No charger input wattage or case-only duration is inferred.
