Ryzen 9 7950X on a Gigabyte X670 Aorus Elite AX, open test bench, Arctic MX-6 paste, 30-minute Cinebench R23 loop with the last 10 minutes averaged, ambient 19 to 21 C with the delta shown. Fan noise at 100% is 55 dBA at 30 cm, with the fans at 1800 RPM and the pump at 2600 RPM. Rows 1 and 2: manual overclock locked at 5.2 GHz and 1.3 V, delta 73 C at 100% fans and 79 C when the fans are tuned to 40 dBA, where the text says the real CPU temperature stayed over 100 C. The CPU power of the overclock is not published. Row 3: PBO enabled, package power 197 W, delta 72 C, average multiplier 51x. The chart gives no fan speed or noise for the PBO row.9Reviewtomshardware.com/reviews/cooler-master-masterliquid-360l-core/2Read 15 October 2026Tom's Hardware, Albert Thomas, review of 2023-07-15, values read from the bar charts. Noise is the total system noise in the case, and the distance is not stated. Row 4: 38.2 dBA noise normalized, average 230 W cooled. Row 5: no power limits, the text says 66 C over a 23 C ambient and 50.2 dBA of total system noise, which the maximum noise chart shows. Row 6: 175 W limit, 50 C over ambient, 46.0 dBA at the default fan curve. Row 7: 125 W limit, 37 C over ambient, 41.4 dBA at the default fan curve.
