Intel Core i7-13700K on an MSI Z690 A Pro DDR4 in a be quiet! Silent Base 802 with the system fans on speed 1, Thermalright LGA1700 contact frame fitted, ambient 23 C, 10 minute runs. The noise distance and the paste are not stated. Row 1: no power limit, the CPU hits its peak temperature and the reviewer records the package power the cooler held, 238 W, with a maximum noise of 45.6 dBA (spec table: Max TDP with the i7-13700K, our testing, 238W). Row 2: noise normalized to 38.2 dBA, 232 W. Row 3: 175 W Cinebench load, the text says the temperature averaged 54 degrees over the 23 C ambient, and the maximum noise was 39.6 dBA. Row 4: 125 W Cinebench load, 41 degrees, with noise below the 37.3 dBA ambient system noise and not stated as a number. The text does not say 'over ambient' for row 4. It is read that way because 41 C absolute would need a cooler far stronger than the 238 W result allows. The charts give no other numbers, so no more rows are stored.
