Source1Maker product pagefritz.com/en/products/fritz-box-7690-20003057Read 14 October 2026Wi-Fi row: 5 GHz up to 5760 Mbit/s, 2.4 GHz up to 1376 Mbit/s, 4 x 4 MIMO. The datasheet gives the same rates and 7136 Mbit/s combined. Earlier press copy, such as Mobiflip and BoxMatrix, prints 1440 for 2.4 GHz and AVM's current pages print 1376. The widths are in the BoxMatrix and AVM knowledge base entries. AVM prints 5760 for 5 GHz, a little below the 802.11be rate of 5764 for 4 streams at 160 MHz, so 5764 is stored. The stored rates add up to 7140 and AVM prints 7136.2Maker spec sheet (PDF)oja.at/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/FRITZBox_7690_Data_Sheet.pdfRead 14 October 2026AVM English data sheet, hosted by a reseller: 4 x 4 Wi-Fi access point with Wi-Fi 7 up to 5760 Mbit/s (5 GHz) and 1376 Mbit/s (2.4 GHz). Highlights give transmission rates up to 7136 Mbit/s, which is 5760 + 1376. AVM prints no channel widths. 5760 is a little below the 802.11be 4-stream 160 MHz rate of 5764 Mbit/s, which other makers print, so 5764 is stored.4Maker product pageuk.fritz.com/service/knowledge-base/dok/FRITZ-Box-7690/522_FRITZ-Box-reports-Wi-Fi-transmission-quality-increased-by-reduced-channel-bandwidthRead 14 October 2026Knowledge Base document 522 for the 7690: the FRITZ!Box reduces the 2.4 GHz channel bandwidth from 40 MHz to 20 MHz when many networks are nearby, so 40 MHz is the 2.4 GHz maximum.6Spec databaseboxmatrix.info/wiki/7690Read 14 October 2026WLAN: 5760 Mbps + 1440 Mbps, 160 MHz, 4x4 on 2.4 and 5 GHz. The 2.4 GHz rate differs from AVM's current 1376 Mbps, which is stored. Mighty Gadget says the 5 GHz channel defaults to 160 MHz.

The maker prints the rates only rounded to 0.1 Gbps. The link rates in the table are the 802.11be rates for those streams and widths, from PC-WELT and Dong Knows Tech, see their entries. The manual calls the radios 802.11 n/ac/ax/be, so both are stored as Wi-Fi 7. The product has no 6 GHz band.2Maker spec sheet (PDF)downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RS200/RS200_TS.pdfRead 16 October 2026Document TS-RS200-3: BE6500 dual-band, 2.4 GHz (2x2) and 5 GHz (4x4). The 5 GHz radio supports 802.11 n/ac/ax/be with 4096-QAM, 20/40/80/160 MHz and up to 5.8 Gbps. The combined speed is up to 6.45 Gbps, which matches 688 + 5764 = 6452 Mbps.8Reviewpcwelt.deRead 16 October 2026PC-WELT review of 20 May 2025, spec table: 2.4 GHz 2x2, 40 MHz, 688 Mbit/s. 5 GHz 4x4, 160 MHz, 5764 Mbit/s. No 6 GHz. Firmware 1.0.1.74. Dong Knows Tech prints 5762 Mbps for 5 GHz. 5764 is the 802.11be rate for 4x4 at 160 MHz with 4096-QAM and matches the combined 6.45 Gbps in the manual, so it is stored.9Reviewdongknows.com/netgear-nighthawk-rs200-dual-band-router-reviewRead 16 October 2026Hardware table: 2.4 GHz up to 688 Mbps 2x2 20/40 MHz, 5 GHz up to 5762 Mbps 4x4 20/40/80/160 MHz, 4096-QAM on all bands, no 6 GHz band.
