Source7Measurementcybenetics.com/evaluations/coolers/101Read 15 October 2026Cybenetics Cooling Solutions Test Protocol. Ambient held at 25 C plus or minus 0.5 C and 30% humidity in a climate chamber, open test bench (Cooler Master Test Bench for AM5, DimasTech Bench for LGA1851), Prime95 Small FFTs as the protocol page states, values averaged over the last 4 minutes. Fans were set to reach each normalized noise level at 1 m, or 100%. CPU power is measured at the EPS connectors. The protocol states Arctic MX-4 paste for all tests. Mount: Default. The report does not publish a temperature above ambient. The AM5 rows use a Ryzen 9 7900X with PBO enabled and the LGA1851 rows a Core Ultra 9 285K. The last row of each platform is the full fan speed result. The ARGB report CMCLR00099 gives slightly different values and is not stored as rows.10Reviewtomshardware.com/pc-components/air-cooling/cooler-master-hyper-212-3dhp-review/2Read 15 October 2026Tom's Hardware, Albert Thomas, review of 20 October 2025. Ryzen 9 9950X on an MSI X870E Carbon WiFi in an MSI MAG Pano 100R PZ closed case with an MSI RTX 4070 Ti Super. The ambient temperature, noise distance and paste are not stated. The review tested the Black ARGB edition. Row 1: in the 150 W test the default fan measured 37.3 dBA. Row 2: the PBO test measures the average CPU package power when the CPU reaches its limit, and the spec table prints it as more than 209 W (>209W), so 209 is a lower bound. Row 3: the review's maximum noise of the default fan is 38.2 dBA. The temperature results are in charts with no readable numbers, and the 100 W and 200 W results are only given as differences against another cooler. The text says the fan is quieter than the instrument can measure at lower power.
