The review tested the Black ARGB edition. Row 1: in the 150 W test the default fan measured 37.3 dBA. Row 2: the PBO test measures the average CPU package power when the CPU reaches its limit, and the spec table prints it as more than 209 W (>209W), so 209 is a lower bound. Row 3: the review's maximum noise of the default fan is 38.2 dBA. The temperature results are in charts with no readable numbers, and the 100 W and 200 W results are only given as differences against another cooler. The text says the fan is quieter than the instrument can measure at lower power.
