Core i7-4790K on a Z97 board, room temperature about 21 C. Load is wPrime 1000M and the value is the hottest package temperature after the last run. At default settings the NH-U9S reached 66 C and at 4600 MHz and 1.3 V it reached 78 C. The chart also shows 63 C and 75 C with an optional second fan, which is not stored. CPU power and the thermal paste are not stated. Guru3D measures noise at 75 cm and its load chart shows 35 dBA, but the page does not say which CPU state it covers, so no noise value is stored.
