HD Tune Pro long-term test, 100 GB file written: the text reads that after approx. 62 GB the cache was full and performance was throttled. The table also lists the pSLC cache as approx. 62 GB. Fanxiang's Amazon table claims 3200 MB/s read for this size and this reviewer measured about 3650 MB/s, in line with the 1TB and 2TB runs, so that claim looks conservative.11Reviewssd-tester.com/fanxiang_s500_pro_2tb.htmlRead 21 October 20262TB model. HD Tune Pro long-term test, 300 GB file written: the text reads that after approx. 170 GB the cache was full and performance was throttled. The table also lists the pSLC cache as approx. 170 GB. The 2TB result is also stored on the base, since the base describes the 2TB model.

Write speed after the cache (measured)iWrite speed in the first state after the fast cache is full, when the drive writes straight to TLC or QLC. Tom's Hardware calls it TLC mode. The slower folding state and the lowest dip are not stored. Only from a long sequential write test.

HeatsinkiVersions sold. The base lists every version and each variant row lists its own. A water block or a cooler with a fan counts as a heatsink. A thermal pad or label alone is bare. A heatsink in the box that the buyer fits, as on the XPG MARS 980 BLADE, counts as with heatsink.

Without heatsink1Maker product pagefanxiangssd.com/products/internal-solid-state-drive-fanxiang-s500-nvme-ssd-pcleRead 15 October 2026Description reads graphene heat dissipation stickers, which is a thermal label and counts as bare

RGB lightingiAny version sold has lighting the user can set. A status LED alone does not count. Leave it out when no version has lighting. The Heatsink rows show which version has it.
