Ryzen 9 9950X on an MSI X870E Carbon WiFi in a closed MSI MAG Pano 100R PZ case with an RTX 4070 Ti Super, ambient 23 C, noise from a Pyle PSPL25 meter in dBA. The install guide names Arctic MX-6 paste. Rows 1 to 3 are noise normalized: CPU fans at 39.6 dBA, system fans at 25% PWM. Row 1 is the average CPU temperature with the default 200 W limit. Rows 2 and 3 publish average CPU power only, with PBO enabled, and row 3 adds the 295 W GPU load from OCCT. Rows 4 to 7 use the default fan curve of the motherboard with system fans at 60% PWM. Row 4 is full fan speed with PBO, where the cooler held 255.4 W and the review gives 47.2 dBA as the maximum noise level. Rows 5 to 7 are the 200, 150 and 100 W power limits, as average CPU temperature. Only the 150 W row has a noise figure in the text (38.9 dBA). The review's tables also list the MSRP as $205.90 while its text says $260, so no launch price is stored.
