Random 4K read at queue depth 1 (measured)iCrystalDiskMark RND4K Q1T1 read result from a reviewer. Small reads one at a time, close to everyday use. KitGuru's 4K QD1 1 Thread test counts as RND4K Q1T1. A CrystalDiskMark result printed in IOPS is stored as IOPS x 4096 / 1,000,000 MB/s, the way CrystalDiskMark converts.

Write cache size (measured)iData written at full speed in one long sequential write on an empty drive before the speed drops.

339GB6Reviewtomshardware.com/pc-components/ssds/biwin-black-opal-nv7400-2tb-ssd-review/2Read 16 October 20262TB sample. Iometer sequential write for 15 minutes, 1MiB blocks, queue depth 32: 5.84 GB/s for 58 seconds, which the review calls a 339GB cache. Drive prefilled to 50 percent and tested as a secondary device. Intel Core i9-12900K on an Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Hero, Windows 11 Pro, active cooling unless noted

405GB6Measurementtomshardware.com/pc-components/ssds/adata-xpg-mars-980-blade-2tb-ssd-review/2Read 15 October 2026Iometer sustained sequential write, 15 minutes, 1MiB blocks at queue depth 32, 2TB drive: 12.6 GB/s in the fastest pSLC mode for over 30 seconds. The text says the total cache is over 405GB, stored as 405

Write speed after the cache (measured)iWrite speed in the first state after the fast cache is full, when the drive writes straight to TLC or QLC. Tom's Hardware calls it TLC mode. The slower folding state and the lowest dip are not stored. Only from a long sequential write test.

2,600MB/s6Reviewtomshardware.com/pc-components/ssds/biwin-black-opal-nv7400-2tb-ssd-review/2Read 16 October 20262TB sample. Review text: after the cache the drive writes to TLC at around 2.6 GB/s, stored as 2600. The chart shows the line settle near 2,600 MB/s. The folding state below 900 MB/s and the 15 minute average of 1,344 MB/s are not stored

3,680MB/s6Measurementtomshardware.com/pc-components/ssds/adata-xpg-mars-980-blade-2tb-ssd-review/2Read 15 October 2026Same test: the steady write speed after the cache is 3.68 GB/s, stored as 3680 MB/s. The chart shows the line settle at about 3.7 GB/s after about 35 seconds and stay there for the rest of the 15 minutes, so it is the first state after the cache

3DMark Storage BenchmarkiOverall score measured by a reviewer. Host and slot are in the source note. From StorageReview only. Tom's Hardware scores the same drive about 30 percent higher, so other reviewers are not mixed in.

HeatsinkiVersions sold. The base lists every version and each variant row lists its own. A water block or a cooler with a fan counts as a heatsink. A thermal pad or label alone is bare. A heatsink in the box that the buyer fits, as on the XPG MARS 980 BLADE, counts as with heatsink.

The separate MARS 980 PRO has an active cooler and is not this product

RGB lightingiAny version sold has lighting the user can set. A status LED alone does not count. Leave it out when no version has lighting. The Heatsink rows show which version has it.
